Leah Hewson

Leah Hewson is a Dublin based Visual Artist.

Having graduated with a First BA Hons in Visual Arts Practice from IADT (2010), Leah’s solo shows include 'Kin Connection' at the RHA, ‘Blowout’, with Stoney Road Press in Miami, 'Ammo Veil' at Hillsboro Fine Art and ‘Scintilla’ at the RHA.

Residencies include The RHA School, Nars Foundation in Brooklyn, New York, SIM Residency in Berlin, Wilton Park Studios in Dublin and Facebook AIR program.

Leah won the Whyte's Award for painting at the 190th RHA Annual Exhibition, was shortlisted for the Hennessy Craig Biennial Award and won the Elizabeth Fitzpatrick Travel Bursary Award. Public collections include The Trinity College Dublin History of Art collection, The Office of Public Works, Dublin, The Law Society of Ireland, the Microsoft Collection, Fidelity Investments and The Cleveland Clinic.

Other achievements include the Irish Art Auction in Sotheby’s (2020), an installation for Art on Paper in New York, and mural work for iPut and Stoney Road Press.
