On January 7th, Flowstate, Ethos and Fun Guys are joining forces once again to bring you an unforgettable Social Run. If you're looking for a fun morning with your pals, this one is for you!

We will meet at Charlemont Square at 9am and embark on a scenic 5KM adventure around Dublin City led by Fun Guys Run Club. Whether you're a seasoned runner or just getting started, all are welcome!

On arrival back at Charlemont Square, drinks and snacks will be provided while we take a seat and join Maser as he chats with (a special guest) about all things running, exercise, wellness and art!
